cleaner that cleans and removes light oils, silicones,
waxes, greases and similar contaminants from PC boards
typical within electronics manufacturing.

assembly work (whether prototyping, low volume
production, or rework) depends on proper cleansing both
the substrate and components after solder reflow.

Brief History: While
most all flux removers were developed for
high-volume production reflow machines which can
include harsh agents, our
Non-Flammable Flux Remover
is ideal for use at the electronic bench where
prototyping and rework takes place. This
is especially important where and technicians
work with hot gas and hot electrical tools
because our NFR Series
is non-flammable.
So Many Excellent Cleaning Properties:
It is important to note that this
Non-Flammable Flux Solvent
is
non-corrosive,
and best of all has
rapid
evaporation properties
right at room temperature. Moreover, while on
one hand, it is a very
gentle solvent, it is still most
effective at cleaning away silicons, grease,
oil, films, and even ionic soils from the PCB
assembly after soldering or de-soldering.
And
this is the cleansing agent recommended for use
with
LOWMELT®
DeSolder Wire during SMT and Thru-Hole PC Board
Work or with critical BGA pad redressing. |
