Five Advantages of The Power Palm Plungers:

1. Bigger Button, Bigger Boost: First, the "button" at the back of the plunger is much larger than that of the old, traditional plunger meaning significantly more surface contact or purchase within the palm which corresponds immediately to far greater leverage power when pushing the paste through the barrel. Greater leverage requires less hand pressure resulting in greater syringe pressure. Less strain, yet more gain!
