Set. Each tool is notable in that it is manufactured from
non-corrosive, non-magnetic and acid-proof stainless steel. This

The Utilities
and Applications:

SDP-111
Set
is
most useful at straightening bent leads on QFP's or SOIC's;
redirecting solder bridges between leads of SMD's; fine tuning
component alignment to the PCB pads; testing solder joint
strength; and more. (Note: Never use probes while working on

tool features a dual combination of working tool ends
maximizing utility for the technician, providing 8 tool ends

It seems that everyone has tweezers to peddle these days. So what
distinguishes ours from the rest? Plenty. First, we did our homework.
Universality:
We researched and
tested what seems just about every tweezer there was. Drawing on
over four decades of collective experience at the electronic benchtop,
our engineering group then carefully set the design criteria for
the "essential tweezers" selecting the two most useful
tweezer designs yielding the greatest universal applications possible.

Our
ZT-2-010
Tweezers are fabricated of stainless steel, the
tweezers working
ends are in the two most popular styles that offer the most widespread
applications: 90° (Right Angled) and Curved, and there are no
serrations that can scratch, score and damage microchips.
There Are Some Critical Design Features
When Selecting Tweezers: Each of the
design elements are significant and required when handling
microelectronic devices. The
ZT-2-010 Tweezers are non-magnetic, non-corrosive, and acid-proof stainless steel.
Stainless steel construction is impervious to the common fluxes,
flux removers and solvents typical at the bench. Further,
stainless steel helps repel molten solder (plated copper tweezers
eventually wear and solder will stick to the copper). Both tweezers
are heat resistant and completely ESD safe, unlike many plastic
tweezers.
