The
AT-900000 QFP template tool reworks and aligns bent pins
of all sizes of QFP's and TQFP's and to correct co-planarity
problems. The Lead Straightener handles chips with lead/pin
pitches from 0.4mm to 1.0mm
The template accommodates 46 different QFP patterns and is
ideal for component recovery or salvage of expensive QFP,
TQFP and LQFP packages/chips. Use standard handtools
like dental picks and tweezers to adjust the QFP pins to
match recessed template slots.

This is an essential Quality Control (QC) tool for pin
number verification along with body size and pitch of
unknown QFP components. The template is constructed of
heavy duty conductive 50 mil (1.27mm) thick stainless steel
with 5 mil deep etched recessed patterns that precisely
match the leads of the QFP/TQFP. It is ESD-Safe and RoHS
Compliant (Lead-Free). Topline®, the manufacturer recommends
it use to be on a grounded bench pad with wrist strap.
